Refunds & Returns Policy

We take great pride in our customer relationships and even though we believe that our rugs are destined to grace your homes and offices, there are however exceptions. If it turns out that your rug is less than what you expected, don’t worry - we’ve got your back!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase with free shipping for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them in.

Your refund shall be processed within 10-14 business days.

Returns and refund eligibility:


  • Your rug should be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned in the same condition as delivered. Packaging must be presentably intact.
  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for return / refund.
